


I have not programmed in decades, but you might try editing by deleting "KeepAlive". I most likely can permanently delete all three and simply re-install the Headset Updater and/or Plantronics Hub if I need/want them. Simply putting these three files in the Trash has stopped SpokesUpdateService. I deleted these files because seems to call SpokesUpdateService:įor good measure, I also trashed the applications "Headset Updater" and "Plantronics Hub." I still have all three in the Trash in case I need them later.

If there's an update available, update the headset. Make sure the USB cable is plugged in and once the Plantronics Hub is downloaded you should have a 'Notifications' tab. You might also get away with only trashing or editing it (see below). Unplug the AC power from the charging base. Connect the headset via the included USB cable and click on the Notifications tab, you will be notified if there are updates available for your headset, or you can also click on the Check for Updates option.
